It wasnt until I put my application in, that I saw that your recruitment is currently frozen. So is their a possiblilty of 6th MFR to have other smaller unit attachments. For lack of a better comparison, possibly some sort of support unit. Like maybe instead of 6th MFR having the pilots or other vehicle crews inside the MFR HQ, you would have something like 1st Aviation / 6th MFR? Im just thinking for the sake of possible higher recruiting and such, where you would be able to have the MFR as the higher HQ and infantry unit, with other support units falling under it. Just throwing an Idea out there. I know im not even in the clan, only threw in my application, but I figured I would just throw this idea to the PAO.

Well, actually, we have, as of recent... Let a few members go due to in-activity. So, as of now (mabye), you might be able to get in. I am not 100% sure whether or not your friends will be able to. But they can still put in the app. By the way, hello, my name is Second Lieutenant Waffird and if you have any further questions, you can contact me via PM (personal message).

Sir, Its good to know that there are already other DET's to the 6th MFR. Obviously its alot easier to have numerous different specialties in one unit, but if you have smaller groups that have an expertise in a certain field like Aviation, Armor, Small Unit Tactics, Training, Recruiting and Retention, Naval Operations, Special Forces, Etc, Etc, Etc.... I could go on. Either way i'm glad to hear what I had been looking for in a clan. [glow=red,2,300]Hooah[/glow]. Oh wait, this is a Marine game..... [shadow=red,left,300]Hoorah[/shadow]!

CPL Benevento, 1LT White had informed me of the 75th SWSRS in one of the previous posts. But, Yes, That was what i meant. Platoon/other units or whatever being used as just support. As I read through alot of the enlistment packets it seems like there are alot of "scout snipers" out there. I just hope everone that wants to be a sniper, realizes what being a sniper is actually going to mean in this new game. No more will it be running around with a sniper rifle for a quick shot, and then moving in. The sniper is used 90% for recon and intel gathering, and 5% for an Artillery FA or Air Force FA, and 5% for the actual shot. The people that want to be snipers in this game, are going to be in a HUGE support role for all the other soldiers. Whether it be to give them information on the who what when where why of the enemy position, or just sitting in wait for battle to commence and giving SITREPS on his FOF (Field of Fire)
Wow... I am totally getting off topic, sorry. Anyways, just trying to make a point that not everyone in the game can be snipers and Special Forces, just like the real world. There is going to be a greater need for Drivers, Pilots, and other support roles.... Especially Medics too.
Sorry that kind of a long post, and sort of off topic. But i just needed to rant a little bit.

We have a huge learning curve for snipers. No one will see service in bravo, and as of yet, not many have.
